Server Ranger is a desktop application for monitoring website and server uptime. We take your privacy seriously and collect as little personal information as possible.

Support inquiries: If you contact us at support@serverranger.com, we may receive your email address and any details you provide voluntarily.

Purchase information: Handled entirely by our payment processors (Paddle for website purchases, Apple for Mac App Store purchases). We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information.

Monitoring credentials: Any usernames, passwords, API keys, or tokens you enter to monitor websites/servers are used only locally on your device. We do not receive, transmit, or store them on our servers.
