Server Ranger is sold as a one-time purchase desktop application.
Purchases through the Mac App Store: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Contact Apple Support or use the App Store refund request process.
Purchases through our website (www.serverranger.com): Refunds are handled by Paddle.com. Contact Paddle support or us at support@serverranger.com within 14 days of purchase for assistance. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to Paddle's policies, except where required by law (e.g. 14-day cooling-off period for consumers in the UK/EU).
No refunds for misuse, license key loss, or after 14 days unless required by consumer protection law.
